I lead the creative development of The PLayground, a YouTube content initiative designed to help the Premier League connect with the next generation of fans. The channel focuses on playful, fast-paced football entertainment that blends highlights, humour and interactive challenges to make the Premier League feel accessible and exciting for younger audiences.

My role covers the end-to-end creative strategy: developing original content formats, shaping the editorial tone, and overseeing production across Shorts and longer YouTube content. This includes creating repeatable series concepts, directing how archive and match footage is reimagined for younger viewers, and managing the creative pipeline from idea through to final delivery.

Alongside the creative work, I oversee channel development and content planning - guiding how ideas translate into a consistent publishing cadence, collaborating with creators, and ensuring the content balances entertainment with play-making inspiration that encourages kids to get outside and play football themselves.
